1) always trust your instinct
2) always be ready to walk away from a relationship
3) I do all the standard beta stuff(probably hard wired), but if girls start to act up, I dump them. They have a hard time dealing with it.
4) sexual jealousy is an evolutionary mechanism to protect your mate from straying. But I have been in relationships where I never had to worry if she was banging some dude in the middle of the afternoon in a motel. They are fewer in numbers but there are loyal and loving girls out there. I usually tell them we are done if you cheat. Saves me mental discomfort.
5) it is okay to spy on the girl you are dating, if you are not the kind of guy who likes to spin plates, to be honest it is a lot of work to spin multiple plates.
6) I have had the pleasure of watching multiple girls flatly lie to me when I knew the truth, it is painful to watch that, and your belief in humanity is shattered

Ultimately you have to live your life according to your own principles, because then only you can sleep with contentment
